Aprons

Okay, where has this week gone?

Here’s the  “Trip Around The World”  apron. I like to think this was made from her left over quilt squares. Each square is 1″.  Set on point.  The binding is hand turned, just like on a quilt.

I’m so happy that it has stopped raining! At least, for awhile. Look what Mike was up to. Well, somebody has to do it.

I finished up a customer quilt this morning. I loved how it turned out. I used a “contemporary” Baptist fan pattern on it. Contemporary because the lines do not meet. Notice the 1/4 [...]

Geez….it’s been raining now for weeks! The news said we had 9 inches of rain in 2 days. Please. Enough all ready.

I’m  cutting out a birthday quilt for my 3 year old grandson today. Dustin loves trucks. Construction trucks. And orange. I found the perfect fabrics. Going to make the “warm wishes” pattern (http://quiltmaker.com/patterns/patt4/) it’s free so check it out.  A [...]
