Easy-Easy Poppy Seed Cake

Thought I would share this quick & easy cake recipe. It was a hit at the retreat last weekend. It came from Tina at Cherry Hill Cottage. Be sure and check out her blog. She’s listed in ”Favorite Creative Blogs” on the right. She makes brownies to die for!
Poppy Seed Cake
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup poppy seed
4 Eggs
1 small carton sour cream
Mix all ingredients. Adding eggs one at a time. Mix well. Pour in a bundt pan that has been greased and sugared. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. It’s so quick & easy!
